Jesse Vector1 is an intriguing move by two well-known Geospatial editors, Matt Ball and Jeff Thurston. It comes about in response to a blurring of the lines between CAD and geospatial technologies. They are interested in following this trend and the growing need to embed geospatial techniques in the primary decision processes that drive businesses and countries in the opening decades of the 2000 millennium.
