1Spatial is an Oracle Certified Partner at both the Database and Application Server technology level and specialises in the use and deployment of the Oracle Spatial extension, utilising Oracle's technology with the company's Radius suite of products. Oracle Database
Oracle is the world's leading database. It was the first database to have a spatial data type and powers many financial and commercial applications. This means it is a key tool to leverage the power of place in making informed decisions within an organisation. In our terms: to unlock data and empower business. We use it extensively in our Radius products to increase the efficiency of data management. We use Oracle for national coverage hosted services based on the density of objects. In the UK we host OS MasterMap™ services on Oracle.
Where used in conjunction with our products we offer training in the use of spatial data within Oracle. In addition we have Oracle Certified consultants who will conduct performance tuning of your spatial data held in Oracle.

Oracle Fusion Middleware
Oracle Fusion Middleware was developed by Oracle to render the applications it acquired from Siebel, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards interoperable. 1Spatial uses this technology to extend the value of organisation's legacy applications. More than this we use this middleware layer in conjunction with our Radius technology to make flat spatial data (layer and themes) live, dynamic and intuitive to use. This is where we add rich classification, lifecycle behaviours and associations. It is a key part of what 1Spatial is delivering to OSGB in the Phoenix data maintenance and management project.

Safe Software
Many of our customer use FME - (Feature Manipulation Engine). 1Spatial uses FME particularly where a customer has a single ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) operation to perform. For example in the hosting of OS MasterMap, 1Spatial uses FME to load the data into an Oracle database. FME is often used alongside 1Spatial technology to load data into an Oracle database. 1Spatial also provides an FME plug-in for its proprietary GINIS and Gothic databases, allowing users to use FME for import or export data to and from these environments.

Tele Atlas
Tele Atlas and Oracle have partnered in an Innovation Centre initiative. We are very much a part of that initiative building on our INSPIRE solutions to provide data specification testing. We are an official reseller of Tel Atlas MultiNet. MultiNet - provides accurate, fresh and highly detailed information on road and street networks as well as rich content like Point's of Interest, Administrative Boundaries and Postcodes. It is the basis for an ever-expanding range of applications that make public services, business management, distribution and travel easier and increasingly efficient. 1Spatial has used MultiNet data for a number of successful bespoke customer projects, for example at Verizon.
