| PAI (Positional Accuracy Improvement) for local government
Positional Accuracy Improvement (PAI) is one of the biggest challenges facing local government organisations. Councils have both legal and administrative obligations for the data they hold to be as accurate as possible. By not updating existing data for PAI, a Council would be putting itself at risk of serious and costly implications. For example, incorrect information in the LLPG (Local Land and Property Gazetteer) may result in items such as Council Tax and non-domestic rates not being collected. This will result in lost revenue and increased management costs.
PAI is a one-off task that can be resolved quickly and easily with 1Spatial’s PAI solution.
